I confess i am totally weight obsessed at times. I’m an all or nothing type of girl. Have you ever wondered How Often You Should Weigh Yourself?
Every morning the first thing i do is get on those dreaded scales. Even though i calculate my weeks weight loss on a Monday morning.
I think being this obsessed has it’s pro’s and con’s. If i weigh myself and i see i have lost a pound since the previous day i am delighted and totally motivated, if i gain a pound i get my ass into gear. Though i think many people could find this a real de-motivator if that’s the case don’t weigh yourself this regularly.
However it is important to get on with the rest of your life and not let your weight become all you think about.
Remember all the other things that make you great and that interest you.
Also it’s perfectly normal for your weight to fluctuate on a daily basis for many different reasons.
Most people seem to recommend weighing your self once a week on the same day.
As for me despite this advice i’ll keep weighing myself on a daily basis because it works for me. Leave me a comment let me know how often you weigh yourself.

I think you should weigh yourself as much as you feel comfortable with. If weight is the primary concern, then you should do it at least once a week.
That way you can reflect on the results and see what helped you lose it or what caused you to gain it and continue or adjust as required.
If you are going to be demotivated by seeing your weight fluctuate through the week, then stick to checking once a week and not every day.
I agree. Weighing everyday tells me what is happening with my body and what I will need to do to keep things on track.
