Thanks to Twitter I recently came across a fascinating website that sells a wide range of Organic Natural Cosmetics. Aroma Natural was born shortly after Diane, the owner, was asked by her hairdresser if she would make an Organic Natural Shampoo for her to use in the salon.

Diane had always used essential oils and herbs throughout her life and brought up her children as naturally as possible.

Everything sold on the Aroma Natural website are completely natural with no nasty chemicals used. The amazing aromas are made combining specific essential oils to give certain benefits. Made in Norfolk.

PRODUCT REVIEW

I recently tried a couple of the Organic Natural products from the Aroma Naturals range. The Lavender & Geranium Shampoo and the Lavender, Lemon and Chamomile shower gel.

Both of them are colourless clear liquids.

I confess I was sceptical about how good an Organic Natural Shampoo could be. I’m very fussy when it comes to shampoos and find that many leave my hair feeling greasy straight after washing or they leave my hair lank and unmanageable, therefore I was convinced that a few nice smelling oils weren’t going to work wonders.

All the shampoos in the range are low foaming so this automatically made me think my hair wouldn’t respond well. How wrong could I have been!!! The shampoo smelt amazing and after washing my hair actually noticeably smelt like the shampoo. Once my hair had dried it was shiny and felt much fuller than normal. I was very impressed.

I’ll be honest here. I’m not entirely sure what makes a great shower gel as most detergents can cleanse your skin and most Shower Gels that are readily available on the high street are reasonably moisturising. I can honestly say this is the first Shower Gel that has completely won me over. The aroma totally filled the bathroom and my skin smelt amazing afterwards. I’ve never been aware of a shower gel leaving a fragrance behind before. I’ll certainly be buying this again.
